1st time I used him he was good and price fair. 2nd time I hired him to do 3 repairs….2 were under the house. He never gave a written estimate but did give a price. I agreed and when he said he was finished paid him accordingly. A week later I discovered he only did 2 repairs and left 1 under the home untouched. Contacted him and he said he be there over the weekend. Never showed or called. Contacted him again and was sent a voice message saying he was very busy and maybe in a day or so. That was over a week ago and never heard from him since……Never again.

William was referred to me by a friend and I hired him to replace the wood balusters with iron balusters on the staircase in my home, he also sanded and retained the stair rails. William and his team was very professional, his work and workman is outstanding and his cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him for your home project, as I plan to use him on future projects.
